How low can I go?
September 20th I started this thing called "EasyLife" where the point is to lose weight. You eat/drink only meal replacements in form of shakes, 5 a day, every 3 hours. And in the begining you're on shakes for up to 9 weeks, in which I was. And now I've been on first one meal, then two, and then three, then I was put back on only shakes, and now I'm back on one meal.
And in these.. 5 and a half months, I have actually lost almost 40 kg. And I've now sort of become a whole new person, no matter how cliche that sounds.
I guess I just wanted to tell you guys, for some reason. And also since there's like.. never anything n
